Large private saltwater pool with highly environmental efficient heat pump with additional solar heating, and spa, BBQ Grill, outside shower and its own restroom complete the large screened lanai. This home is truly one of a kind and will be perfect for a long deserved vacation! The gated community is perfectly situated off Summerlin Rd in Ft. Myers, close to Fort Myers Beach and shopping and restaurants. Approx. 15 minutes to SWFL airport and the beaches of Sanibel & Ft. Myers. You are truly in paradise!! We love this property. We have stayed here for 4 years now and just love the property and it's location. Everything is spotless and in excellent working order when we arrive. Over the years the have upgraded the interior as well as TV's and appliances. We have had absolutely no issues during or stays.

This was our third year in a row at this property. We love the area as it is close to restaurants, shopping, and only 7 miles from Fort Myers Beach. The house is very nice and has all of the amenities you will need for your stay including bicycles, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and everything you need for the pool. The internet is plenty fast and the cable has everything you need as there usually isn't much time for TV. The home is nicely furnished and has enough dishes even if you have guests over. The pool area is fantastic, we spend a lot of time enjoying the pool area and the grill. I can't wait to go back as we have booked the property for next as well.
